Sorry, but while that may be true, that shouldn't apply to the situation in your OP. Every passenger had the freedom to get off, and the driver had the freedom to kick the idiot woman off too. There should have been zero laws broken. Saying what you want when you want, no matter how stupid, should be a right anyone and everyone has. If you say something stupid you have to deal with the reactions on your own.
It was absolutely childish for the government to step in.
We disagree, in the UK we have laws that prevent people from shouting hate speech. We like it that way, it works, I don't really get why everyone should be able to say anything. They plainly shouldn't.
