Just called the CS dept at buy.com again yesterday (after calling on friday night when I ordered my Radeon and only being able to get the $10 off for new customers). I tried to use the $30 off $150 coupon again. This time the guy told me that he couldn't apply the coupon because I already had the new customer $10 off coupon added to my purchase. I was ready to give him a business name and everything but he said that he couldn't add it to my purchase but would credit my account so I could use the coupon on my next purchase. I guess thats alright. Would have like to have used it on this on though.

I guess I should have listened to the warnings and expected this. I got an email from Buy.com telling me that they only price adjust within 3 days of the purchase. Mine was about 28 days ago. So, I sent them another email asking why I can't just return the product and then re-purchase the same product at the newer cheaper price. Buy.com then sent me an email with the RMA number on hand -- no explanation of why their policy is the way it is.

I sent them another email just a couple of minutes ago asking why things are this way and would they please consider refunding my account for the $50 difference. However, it only looks like I will get the money back if I return the original and then re-purchase. If I do that then I will end up probably getting less than the $50 back, when shipping costs are added in. What do you guys think I should do?

On top of that, I used a "$30 off $150" coupon when I first ordered. They never told me if I would be able to use it again on the new order?

I guess I could always try ordering the card now, using the Business coupon and then return the first card. I don't know. Thanks for the help guys.

Well, I went ahead and decided to order one at the cheaper price. I will go ahead and send back the first order to them tomorrow. Hopefully the second one should arrive soon. I hate to have all that money tied up waiting for them to credit me back the original order's price. But, in the long run I ended up saving $50, or closer to $45 I guess.

One thing you might want to keep in mind. I just got off the phone with one of their reps and they actually asked me for the promotional code. I ended up giving them the 8 digit number in the link url. After that, everyhting went fine. You might want to remember that when calling. Later.

Sorry to keep bringing this up. I just got an email saying that the new order is being "sent to the warehouse", but there is no mention of the $30 off the order. I did call the rep and they supposedly typed everything in, but neither the order email nor the order update page at buy.com list the $30 off coupon.

Do any of your order details list the coupon? Or do they just deduct the price, but not actually update the order details? Thanks.

what the CRS said is that they will credit 30 dollars directly to my Credit Card acount...but it won't shows up on the receipt...

That what they said when I called them up have them correct a coupon that they didnt include in the billing. It never showed up :|

Just to let you all know, my roommate has this same card and he is having more problems trying to get the drivers to work right than I have ever seen with any card. ATI is notoreous for their driver support being very poor. Has anyone else had problems?

Got my Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO at noon today; It's good to live close to their distribution center, hehe. No sales tax either.

Got an email from buy.com saying that they will credit me $30:

how did you have them send you that email.

I almost did not make it in using that coupon. The first rep did not let me use it saying that only if I received the post card coupon. But the second guy took it after verifying the numbers and also the item and the account. and he gave me the $30 credit. I chose to have it sent to my brothers place in order not to pay tax. I wonder when I will be getting my hands on that card.

I didn't even complain. I did what PicPop said to do, call them after you placed the order and tell them you were sent a promotional email for $30 off a $150 purchase and give them the order number. Too bad today's the last day for that coupon.
