I guess I should have listened to the warnings and expected this. I got an email from Buy.com telling me that they only price adjust within 3 days of the purchase. Mine was about 28 days ago. So, I sent them another email asking why I can't just return the product and then re-purchase the same product at the newer cheaper price. Buy.com then sent me an email with the RMA number on hand -- no explanation of why their policy is the way it is.
I sent them another email just a couple of minutes ago asking why things are this way and would they please consider refunding my account for the $50 difference. However, it only looks like I will get the money back if I return the original and then re-purchase. If I do that then I will end up probably getting less than the $50 back, when shipping costs are added in. What do you guys think I should do?
On top of that, I used a "$30 off $150" coupon when I first ordered. They never told me if I would be able to use it again on the new order?
I guess I could always try ordering the card now, using the Business coupon and then return the first card. I don't know. Thanks for the help guys.
