Radeon 9600 Pro help

i just built a new Pc and right after XP says Found new hardware Radeon 9600 Series,it says found new hardware again but the second tyme it says Radeon 9600 Series secondary then the screen goes black and the monitor light turns yellow,i'm typing this from safe mod now.

When you install the drivers from the Radeon disc, it will install a primary and a secondary driver. It sounds like the secondary monitor is enabled but not hooked up and when it tries to go to it, your primary monitor goes to sleep while the secondary is suppose to be operating. Have you gone into the Radeon set up yet?

yea i did the Radeon setup,i have just one monitor tho.

ii tried to Reinstall XP using NTFS quick format and i got a IRQL not less or Equal blue screen
