Monday night picked up what looked like the last 9800 non-p at Cerritos Best Buy. Cashier removed the 'inventory control strap' but otherwise there was no seal. When I opened it at home it looked like a open box return. The card was half way out of the pink bubble wrap, the plastic around the CD was torn open, and there was an antistatic bag that was torn open which I guess was suppose to house the card. The 2 cables and 2 small hardware were still in their bags. The 4 wire power cable was attached to the card but the rest of that cable looked well tucked inside it's long bubble wrap.
I'm afraid someone flashed the card and didn't like the results. It would've been hard to put the power cable back in it's bubble wrap but they could've just used a different cable. The memory is Samsung GC2A.
This was an AnandTech influenced impluse buy. I could've waited for my $60 Reward Zone money to arrive. I think it was the last one. If I return it and buy another at a different store, I think I'll open it at the store right after I pay for it. Any suggestion on whether to keep or return it it?

Today, Tuesday exchanged it for another card at another BB. Checked contents and everything ok. It has Samsung GC33 chips. (First store offered 10% off but I said no.) FYI, some stores don't display high end electronic on the shelfs along with the regular stuff, so it looks like they are sold out. You have to ask for it. BTW ,there are 3 (2 of which are open box) 9800 non pro at the Lakewood, CA store.
