You've got nearly no reason to upgrade to this. At the very least you might consider the 1GB version, not the 512MB.

Newegg also has the MSI card for 204.99 with a $30.00 rebate and free shipping for a total of 174.99. I don't know if the coupon code will work for it too, or which is the better card. The MSI one looks to be slightly overclocked.
