Mine is 64% and it's stable 1050 MHz/1.05V.
@Zargon: Your chip is unbelievably good, though. 0.91V for 1030 MHz?! What is your 7950's idle voltage?
I'll have to look, I havent noticed it changing much at all

Your stock volts is 0.971v? That's really nice. My stock is 1.037, and I can get 1100MHz out of that. Haven't tried any higher.

Be a man! You are on water. You should be able to hit 1200-1250mhz!
Haha yeah my temps are 50-55C load...so I have plenty of headroom, but it seems like a pain in the butt to test for stability to get a bit more. At 1100MHz it mines and plays games really nicely.
What is a safe voltage for 7950s anyway?
yeah... i feel like putting new heatsinks on the VRM/ram might help this card a lot. anyone here tried it? results?

Card is $262 + shipping on new egg now. Talk about a STEAL. I thought buying at $309 was good.
Note that price is through Newegg Canada.

Right now the best 7950 deal through Newegg.com is the Sapphire 7950 for $280 AR. The cooler looks pretty good but a quick Google search did not find any reviews. Also, Sapphire as a company does not have the best reputation.
What? Sapphire has a great rep. They are known for high quality products. :\
Their customer service is pretty bad from what I've heard, though.
