They are discontinuing this item and just reduced it from $59. These are real good people to deal with and shipping cost is low. The warranty has been reduced from their normal one year to 30 days. With shipping it comes to $55.95. Thats tcwo.com It's the one without tv out.

while this is not a bad deal, note that they are pretty clearly not new. if you can be diligent & patient, you are better off watching newegg refurb section for a $39 shipped unit (total cost about $17 less) they have them every couple dqays, though they sell out quickly. i got one in december, no complaints.
