I'd stick with the Radeon if you're going the ATI route! That Maxx won't even work under Windows 2000. It's a Win98/ME Card Only! You couldn't pay me to take it!

Surprise this deal is not locked yet. That's the price i paid a year ago. Even then, it wasn't that good of a price.

mrvoice is correct!!! It's will only work in win98, and not NT or W2000, and ATi's new Radeon processor is so faster than the Rage fury chip and definitely more cost effective to get the OEM $89 deal going around.
