Calling out or disliking Obama, even personally, isn't racism, no matter how much you like him. Racism is the belief that one race is inherently superior or inferior to another. Insisting that Obama not be subject to the same sort of criticisms as are other politicians comes perilously close to racism, implying that he is "special" and cannot stand up to the same treatment as can white politicians.
I don't know why Obama is even relevant to this thread. I have no problem with people calling out Obama if they genuinely disagree with him.
There is a lot of rage and hate generally against Hispanics. The whole "speak English" thing and constant railing against "illegal immigrants" is little more than code-speak for people's desires to eliminate Hispanics from our nation.
