It makes all the difference in the world!

I'll have to try that I've got a bottle of sesame seed oil that I've got nothing to do with.

I have a few, depends on what taste you're going for.

Here's one that Rachael loves:
-put both ramen and soup base into the pot and begin to cook (my electric stove has 10 levels, I put it on about 7) stir as needed
-cut and fry mushrooms with butter
-make scrambled eggs and set both aside
-put a little butter in the ramen. I keep cooking until the water is almost gone, this way the flavor is completely in the noodles, and I like it that way usually.
-When the water is almost gone, put both mushrooms and eggs in and stir
-Voila

I can add pics this weekend because I know I owe her that for lunch. =0)

I used to eat them like granola bars (no cooking). Awesome crunchiness. I would then save up the flavour packets and either empty them into my buddy's pop while he wasn't looking or make one hard core soup with 4-5 packets of flavour.

Why not? If you don't like ramen, you never had the good kind.

Korean ramen as a late night snack > all snacks.

I'm fine with the basic ramen.

I always had an idea of making a dorm recipies website, but the dorm days passed me and I stopped caring.

Make homemade chicken soup from scratch. Put some in a bowl.

Add ramen noodles (sans flavor pack). Let it sit for a minute. Eat.

I used to make homemade noodles for my homemade chicken soup, but the ramen noodles are way easier and yummy. Plus, if the soup sits around, the homemade noodles get mushy and disintegrate.

If you're in hawaii, you have to get some from Zippy's!!!
They even have it in McDonald's except in hawaii they call it saimin.
They even put little skinny strips of spam in it.

I will be honest this is actually a pretty good recipe... youd think it was expensive...

You need Asian chicken roman noodles, chicken, cabbage, oil and vinegar

Cook chicken as strips in some oil with a bit of the flavor pack *not all you some more later
chop cabbage and crush uncooked ramon. Mix together
Make a oil and vinegar mixture as a dressing and mix in remaining flavor packet
take cooked chicken strips and add to ramen/cabbage salad...

delicious

I cannot believe people actually eat ramen let alone have special 'recipes' for it.

Posted that above, but I agree fully. It's a great salad/slaw perfect for a hot summer day.
