So my buddy at the dealership has been keeping his eye open for me for a couple of different cars. Today he ran across a deal I couldn't pass up which changed my plans a bit. Originally he was hunting for a C63/CTS-V or something similar. Today I left the lot with a CPO 2007 BMW 335i manual sedan with 19,500 miles, premium 1/2, nav, sport, and comfort access packages. I received it at auction price + fees.

Because the deal was so great I can pick up a 2007ish C6 Corvette as a weekend car to go along with it. I'll spend a little more than initially planned but I have a DD/Client ferrying car and a weekend track toy. I've got my eyes on LG Coilovers and a few other fun things for the C6, and I've already ordered a JB4 and intake for the 335i.

Awesome deal and car! I'm sure you'll enjoy it a lot. My own CPO E90 (a 2006 330i) is specced in largely the same way (minus nav). For me the car really needs the 6MT and Sport package to provide the full driver satisfaction that the chassis is capable of. What is the color combo on your car? Also, we want pics!

One cheap, highly recommended upgrade is a ZHP shift knob - $65 shipped from Tischer BMW, and it's infinitely comfier and sportier-feeling than stock. I am actually putting one on my E46 M3 as well. I also have, and love, an M3 steering wheel - I wouldn't consider it a priority but it feels great and I got a good deal on it.

It's graphite/beige. So far I've ordered a JB4 and intake, black floor mats (should tie in the trim better IMO), and wheel spacers because that gap is just too damn big. 10mm front, 12mm back.

Only daylight picture I grabbed:

The color is called Sparkling Graphite.

Those look like non-Sport wheels. Are you sure it's a Sport-package car? Does it have Sport seats/steering wheel?

VIN lookup, seats, and steering wheel show sport package. I asked the same thing and the best guess we have is someone scuffed the wheels and cheaped out on the replacement. Previous owner appears to be a younger woman based on address book

Makes sense. I actually kinda like those wheels and almost bought a set for my snows. That said, I prefer the Sport-package wheels:

For what it's worth, mine are scuffed all to hell . . .

Haha, the latest maps are available at everyone's favorite port of call. Considering what BMW wants for them, I do not feel bad about it.

You're probably gonna want to swap out the crappy aux port for a USB since the 2007's didn't come with USB. You can get the parts pretty cheap and it's not terribly difficult afaik.
