Alright, I am stumped. I am experiencing random crashes usually after about 10 - 15 minutes during games (BF2, World in Conflict, Quake wars, etc). I know, 10-15 mintues? Sounds like heat, but its not. all the temps are normal.
Rig:
E6600
EVGA 680i SLI current bios A1 model
2 GB dual channel OCZ Platinum XTC ddr2 800
8800 GTS 640mb
Fatal1ty extreme gamer sound card
Killer Nic
74GB Raptor 8MB cache
2 X 400 GB WD drives
Zalman 9700 cpu cooler
Vista home premium 32 bit
What i have done:
1. Memtest = OK
2. temps = ok (even under load)
3. tried 2 different sound cards
4. tried different gfx cards
5. tried everything on the ultimate boot cd = ok
6. reinstalled all drivers one by one
7. tried a different killer nic card
I have tried desperately to isolate the problem. i am pretty experienced with trouble shooting and i am at my whit's end. Any new ideas are welcome. The only thing i haven't replaced is the MOBO (which is the biggest pain to do), but it works fine in anything but games. EVEN rendering video. Windows error logs show nothing.
HELP!
Thanks in advance!
