What? Seriously, are you afraid the caller is going to actually punch you in the face over the phone or what?
Just answer the next time they call and tell them they have the wrong number.
Chances are someone is misdialing, has the wrong number programmed in their phone, or was inadvertently given your number by mistake.
At least find out who is calling you before you freak out, heck, could be an old friend or relative with a new phone number.

(FWIW, a few months ago, I had a call from a number I did not recognize, but since I'm not afraid to answer my phone, I answered.
Turns out it was my Divorce Attorney from a few years back letting me know that some questionable assets had been released by the courts & that I could go to the bank & claim the money!)

I've gotten many texts from this person and they keep asking me if Mikal is here or some other BS. The excuse for calling me at 11pm was because "a friend took my phone and wanted to see if she recognized your voice". This person aslo has some stupid signature on their text that says Fish are friends not food lol.


I've had this number for 11 years, I doubt Mikal ever had this number lol.



I didn't want to post the number out in the open and have never really looked in reverse phone number lookups before but the results I get on google seem to be spam hence me asking my fellow ATOTers instead.

I've been nice to the person and asked them to stop calling/texting but alas, my wit and charming personality seems to have no effect.

I would have thought that this kind of info is a) Worth something so you'd have to pay to see it and b) Where and how do they get all that personal info? I didn't realize that so much of that info was public. At least my numbers don't give up really anything I guess.

think OP is referring to a telemarketer rather than a person, I've been getting calls from the stupid "Rachel at card holder services" for several months now and it's always a different number... But when I spoke to someone at FCC they said they can't do anything that it's one of the top most reported numbers.

The sites are cool, but tnid only shows the city, I have to pay for the name.. does it really work? trapcall is good but the OPs numbers are not unknown, they're just different numbers.

If there is an actual person talking, best thing to do is tell them this exactly.. put me on your DO NOT CALL list. You can add please with that if you want. I believe donotcall.gov ? or a site similar helps from TM's from calling you.
