Random Restarts?

Well I used to think my random restarts was video card related but i just don't know anymore. I have chaged to every OS I could think of. I'm talkin 32, 64 xp, vista, 7 beta, even Mac for gods sake. It has always happens when I play a game. I can go days of constant on PC but when I play a game it restarts. No blue screen no error screen no notice what so ever. I thought it was the drivers but that dosn't seem to be it either. Is there a way to track whats going on error logging or something? Any Help Is Appreciated! Thanks!

System>Advanced, uncheck auto restart-OK, then you should get a error code screen.

Wow can't believe it was that easy!?! I'm going to play a game and see if I get an error now.

ok so here is whats wrong looks like driver or directx. Any ideas? can't be the game cause it happens in HL2 GTA4 and others.

Ouch, that's a messy picture. In any case, uninstall your DirectX and drivers, clean them out and run a registry cleaner as well. Then reinstall the drivers to whatever the latest is, 181,something for the official drivers I think. In any case, then install DirectX 9 or 10, whichever you plan on using and see if that fixes anything.

Happens still with the latest drivers from the MB and GPU vendors?
Nothing overclocked?
Heat normal?

Also, check my website's BSOD section -- do you have any of those memory.dmp files?

It have been reading the forums and I think I know what the problem is! My power Supply! It seems to always be an issue. My current install PSU isn't the best at only 450.
