Another question.
My wife is upgrading to the Pink V3M. With her present phone, they had an "Office Kit" where she could connect to her laptop and use the phone to connect to the internet. I don't see this software or cable for the V3M, does it exist?

My friend is in the IT dept for Verizon Wireless. He told me the other day not to download Verizons latest "mandatory" update for my V because it disables the ability to copy over MP3 files and makes you first convert your mp3 files to wma files through their proprietary software.

He said he is sickened by how many meeting he must attend on forced updates and details of how they're going to lock such and such feature.

I told him he wasn't TOO sick.....he still took a paycheck from em

I guarantee a good portion of their customers ARE idiots.

Care to guess how many fewer "idiots" are calling for support, because of the locked out "features"? There's no doubt they're trying to snag money for downloads, but there's also the (fewer) support issues to consider.
