This is a ww2 game, not some fantasy sci-fi stuff like Quake.
Hopefully, I'll get it for christmas.

Bunny hopping in general is stupid. Don't try to kid yourself that it takes even an ounce of skill to hold down the spacebar as your run through room after room.

while i agree that jumping up and down takes no skill, the actual task of strafe jumping is hard enough that hardly anyone can do it well.

ww2 game or not, some people do like fast-paced shooters as opposed to slow games like DoD. if they made the game too realistic no one would buy it and they would make no money.

I understand it's a game, not real life.
But most people that play WW2 games are looking for a little more realism than your standard bunny hopping, rocket jumping, dropping 1000 ft and living, Quake / UT type of game.

uhhh ... that would me I specialize in going round the back in Hurtgen & Pavlov, sneak up the snipers and melee attack them with a grenade or shoot 'em execution style with my handgun

COD Mulitplayer is alright, but when the hell are they going to make a CTF mod? Seems only natural you would have a cooperative team game such as CTF since the game is supposedly about squad teamwork in single player.

Quake II CTF had more team-play than COD game versions...

I call BS on this. A skilled player can take out someone just running through "room after room". Hopping vs not hopping has nothing to do with skill level.
