I live in Texas, and it's a common thing for people in Texas to not know English. I don't want to stereotype anyone, so I'm not even going to name races. Tonight my girlfriend and I are in KMart, because Martha Stewart has cool decor stuff (plates, towels, etc) and it's not too expensive. So we can't find this one item that we KNOW they stock, so we go up to one of the employees and spend about a minute describing what we're looking for, and she looks at us and says "Uhm... no I don't know...". Well, from the look on her face, she looked as if I'd asked for her first born. She had NO clue what I said, yet she has a job in this country, and I don't. Go back to your home country and learn English before you come back!
I'm sorry if I offended anyone, I'm hoping by leaving any descriptions out, that this is left as a simple rant about learning the language.
