Cliff notes:
Sent in 100% working TR4 motherboard, accepted by FBA (Amazon) for sale as used item
Customer buys it, receives it. 10 days later, files claim for "defective"
I think, no big deal, they just didn't like it or had issues with compatibility, I'll just get it back, test it and resell
Receive item back from Amazon
Uh oh... looks like someone smashed some pins
Complain to Amazon. 3 separate reps. They say go pound sand, it's not their fault. Customer denies damaging it. ASRock says out of warranty, $244 repair fee. Well, crap.
$250 lesson learned. Don't sell anything on Amazon some ham-fisted human can destroy then turn around and refund as "defective". And screw Amazon, I'm never selling there again and strongly encourage others not to.
P.S. Yes I did try to bend back the pins with a fine pair of tweezers and some loupes. The problem is the <redacted> somehow broke one of the pins. RIP.
