I'm on hold right now trying to get my order processed and there is this holding music, which isn't so bad, however, every 15 seconds (I've timed it), they interrupt and you think you're speaking with someone cause there is that initial pause and then "Your call is important to us. Please stay on the line."
And then it got tricky with different sayings, all encouraging me to stay on the line. Gets my hopes up and then makes me sad right afterwards. Why must they do this? Maybe like once every few minutes, but usually the holding music makes me thing I'm still on hold.
Unlike Office Max where it's just blank silence.
