I've never really had any issue with purchases made with online fucking vendors - all of my deliveries have been made on time, and in the condition I expect them to be in.
About a month ago I had placed and order, and when it came time for delivery, it was nowhere in site. Being the reasonable person I am, I waited another 2 days to see if it showed up -- nothing. Tracking information had not been updated either since it first left the warehouse. Naturally, I contacted Amazon and raised my concern. The rep proceeded to tell me that the package was no considered 'lost,' and that they would issue a refund. Fair enough -- I actually no longer needed the components that I had ordered. Fast forward another 3 days, and the damn package showed up anyhow, lol. I initiated the return process, and shipped back the package.
Fast forward to this past Monday, my happy ass goes and places another order. Delivery is scheduled for today, but wouldn't you know it, no tracking updates since it left the warehouse. I reached out to Amazon, and again, was told that the package was now 'lost,' and in turn was issued a refund. The rep told me to place another order and that she would have it rush-shipped to be delivered by tomorrow. The only problem now is that I had used Amex points towards the initial purchase, which would be refunded back to my card after 24-48 hours...so no hope of getting my package before the weekend (it sounds childish, but I really want it ) if I want to receive the adjusted price for the product that I ordered....So now I will be waiting another couple of days prior to ordering again.
TL;DR - never had problems with online fucking vendors, now shit is getting lost.
