Consider the supposed campus epidemic of rape, a.k.a. “sexual assault.” Herewith, a Philadelphia magazine report about Swarthmore College, where in 2013 a student “was in her room with a guy with whom she’d been hooking up for three months”:

Now apparently women are assumed to be consenting to sex even if they said no before and took no action to indicate they had changed their mind, simply because the man was able to undress them.
Well except for the whole letting the dude undress her part.
No one who has ever actually had sex with a willing partner would think that if someone had said no to you before and then lay there motionless while you undressed them and had sex with them that such a thing implied they wanted it to happen.

There is no requirement to continue saying no over and over again to unwanted sexual advances in order for it to be sexual assault.
