A high price item, say over $100, forget it. I had purchase quite a few items, infact, over $10,000 worth of electronics for the past 3 years with them. I have no problem returning it to them w/o the receipt. All you have to do is give them your customer number. They can find it by your customer number, CC#(I thought it's illegal to log CC#s????) or perhaps just by plain searching through the item purchase in the receipt log file. I have a PO acct with them, so returning things seems to be pretty easy. The only problem I have with them was the bogus long wait in line and CSR trying to BS you.
