This is a real thing, as a GF I had this birth defect. She had the Vechetti procedure and to be short, it hurt her badly post procedure. She gave up on it half way through the treatment and now her area is about 3 inches long...
I think most do check for an imperforate hymen after birth.
I'm assuming it must look at least normal on the outside or the parents would have noticed. Is there anything that can be done for this poor girl that she can enjoy sex like the rest of us?
