lot of people saying this over clock if too hot with too hgih voltage, but it seems to be in line with very similar i7 2600k overclock on overclockers.com
My answer depends on what kind of voltage is required for 4.3ghz. If it's a big difference (which it probably is if you're generating that kind of heat with 4.4) I'd go down to 4.3 or even 4.2.
My 2500k currently does 4.8 @ ~1.425 volts (hard to say with the offset) but the temps stay in the low 60s so it's perfect for me.
