Well for starters, you should never use Java on a webpage unless you're creating a real
web-based application. Not sure what it was being used for there, since it just listed a bunch
of classes and did nothing. I can only shake my head when I see people use Java for button
mouseovers - that's crazy.
The animated suns and rotating leafs were a major web cliche back in '98.
Not sure why you used a white bg on the front page, but black throughout the rest.
Also not sure why you're using frames at all. You should just copy the header (minus the Java
thing) to all the pages. It would help you cut down from 3 to just 2 copyright notices per page.
Anyways, I voted average - there's certainly a lot worse out there, but there is definitely room
for improvement.
