Consider that he's playing against the Jag's though, they got out to a 17-0 lead last week and promptly surrendered 24 unanswered points and lost 24-17

WOW...talk about an "impact" play, Vikings were attempting a 48yrd FG near the end of the close of the 1st half when Chandler Jones blasts through the line, leaps and blocks the kick, scoops up the ball and outruns the Viking's for a TD, amazing effort!!.

Geez, where is everyone? usually the NFL thread is hopping at this time!. Dolphins are looking flat as a pancake after their upset win last week at home vs the Pat's, 62 total yds of offense, zero points and 6 1st downs. Buffalo is looking like a hard-nosed contender so far this season. Dallas is bouncing back nicely so far leading Tennessee 16-3, in the 3rd qtr.

It's certainly made me question whether I should continue supporting an organization that routinely produces vile specimens laden with the absolute worst qualities of humanity that no one should aspire to. Haven't even turned on the games today; football's just gotten depressing.

Well I can't argue against that point as your 100% correct, keep in mind though most of the players are not beating up family members and live a normal life. If anything it's looking like Goodell is as much an asshole as Rice or Peterson for lying about what he knew about Rice's case and then trying to do a "CYA" move AFTER the video was released.

EDIT:, Damm, the streams are sucking bad this week, can't find anything that doesn't stutter or freeze for 10+ seconds and returns with the audio and video not synched..

Saints and Browns in a very close one, 24-23, 5:10 left in the 4th. Bills playing well again this week, 26-10, 6:20 left in the 4th. Pat's in control @ Minnesota 30-7, 4:40 left in the 4th, 4 picks by Cassell today but also 4-5 dropped balls that were put right on the numbers, gotta haul those in vs a good opponent.

Sometimes the Ref's will miss a defender coming across before the ball is snapped. Last week Cameron Wake got away with it at least 2-3 times, that isn't the reason for the Pat's losing, it seems the heat wore them down and they did little in the 2nd half anyway. Big news (bad, that is) for the Dolphins and their fans is the injury to Moreno's forearm which looks to be a serious one, he was looking like a monster last week as he ran over and through Patriot defenders, if he's lost for any length of time it's a serious blow to the Miami offense.

That being said, unhealthy and RG3 are basically synonymous now, so it's hard to evaluate him without that in mind.

The saints secondary blows an assignment big time every single play it seems like. Half the browns receptions were to someone with no defender within 10 yards of him. What the hell kind of coverage is Ryan dialing up these days? Why not play it like good defensive teams and actually put a man on the receiver's hip every play? At least then there might be someone there to contest each pass. Anything would be better than this.

Last few plays looks like they were just going all out blitz...pretty damn high risk in that situation- but I guess if they got a sack he'd be the hero
