I don't even know what a team would have to do to shut down Seattle? You rush Wilson and he'll play games with your DBs. You take away their run game and Wilson will throw down your throat. You try to outscore them and Seattle's secondary makes your receivers look like frat boys playing Edward Beerhands.

At least with Denver you know that putting heat on Peyton is your only chance of stopping them. With Seattle....maybe have Ray Rice on their sideline?

I was just talking with a buddy about how messed up the league really is. The bullying, wife beating, drug taking, breaking all laws possible culture has to eventually be traced to the top. If there were some real, actual leadership in the NFL it would be a much better game.

I forgot what game I was watching Sunday (was half asleep) but I know I caught wind of a player who actually was arrested for beating up his g/f or wife, but the team didn't do shit.

Apparently, they are "waiting for all the evidence" to be examined. He was #91, and had dreds.

maybe auto-2game suspensions for being arrested/charged with a chrime

its not the justice system, you don't have wait for a conviction

make the team pay them though, that incentivize the team to help the guys be better people(or great liars/cover uppers I guess)

the league could then suspend them extra upon conviction

I keep reading posts about Ray McDonald and I don't understand the problem with how the team has handled it thus far. It's' been a little over a week since the initial arrest, presumably they're still investigating what actually transpired.

IIRC, he hadn't been charged yet. He was arrested but was waiting on the charges to come through. I can see waiting for that.

If she looks totally fine and is just accusing him of stuff, then it seems like nothing could stick. If there's pics/evidence of her with black eyes or bruised up face... Well.....

But if they are found guilty, make them pay back every penny they were paid since the crime happened.
