Yes, The next administration should take this up after January 2021.
Agreed.

Good luck with that
Indeed. They will push it through. Just will there be enough opposition to block the nomination? In 2020? Next week! There is a reason tRump put out that list. They are locked and loaded.
He previously said he won't.Who wants to bet old Mitch the Bitch does not wait until after the election??
And the new SC will ok thermal nuclear weapons to deal with the protesters...If they jam through a justice for Trump, I can't say I'd blame any rioters this time.
Hello 15 seat Supreme Court.
That was a given of course.
Do as I say, not as I do of course!
(Similar to Pelosi - closes down all hair outlets in her area but demands service for herself. After all - Everyone is equal, but some are more equal than others).

As seen when democrats passed the nuclear option of 50+ it only comes back to backfire in the end. I would humbly suggest not shooting yourself.
User name checks out. Only an insane person would even see this as a possibility given Trump and Mitch.Maybe if they do try to push it through they will pick a moderate both sides can agree on.
They won’t push it through by Nov 3 but you damn better believe they will push it through in December in a lame duck session. They push it through before the election you are looking at a possible 60 seat democratic majority. Instead they will wait lose the senate and then pass it in a lame duck session.
Yea Mitch was going to totally leave all those judge slots he held open in the Obama years empty.
