Ready for my first build...

This is my first time building a computer and after lurking around the forums for a while I think I've decided on my parts. Please tell me what you guys think ^_^

CPU: Athlon 1.4Ghz 266Mhz Bus

MB: ECS K7S5A w/ onboard LAN

HSF: Alpha PAL6035

Memory: 512MB PC-2100 crucial DDR-SDRAM

Video: ATI Radeon LE

Sound: Turtle Beach Santa Cruz

HD: 40gb IBM Deskstar 60GXP

CD-RW: Lite-On 16x

DVD-rom: Lite-On 16x

Case: Antec SX635 (with 3 ethermax case fans and 350w antec power supply)

OS: Windows 2000

I'll be using this computer mainly for watching movies, downloading media, internet surfing, and some gaming. So what do you guys think? Everything look good?

Everything looks great! Good choice on the LE for the movies

Hrmm depending on what fan you use with the Alpha heatsink, I think you may want a little more cooling for the 1.4, especially if you want to overclock. I was just at HardOCP and they have another heatsink roundup, it may help you choose a better heatsink.

where are you buying the case from, and for how much including shipping?

I dont really plan on overclocking thats why I picked the alpha, because i hear its quiet yet effective.

I bought the Antec sx635 from provantage.com for $81 + 16.50 s&h, but I think they rasied the price to $89. I also bought 3 ethermax thermal controlled cooling fans for my setup from ctgDirect.com
