Wow - so totally did not expect a thread I made 4 years ago to be on the front page, LOL.
Now I suppose I should pull out the DVD for another viewing this holiday weekend! While I am at it, i can watch my other favorite 80s comedy: Better off dead
I thought the nerd chic was cute. Plus it had lasers, who doesn't love lasers that can punch holes though buildings and trees.
Speaking of 80s movies and genius, there was an 80s movie where a kid built a real nuclear bomb as a science project and got into all kinds of trouble for it, great flick.
In that movie, while the kid is building the bomb in his shed, there's one almost-throwaway line his mom has about how his teeth are all falling out.
I figure there must have been a lot of really dark stuff left on the cutting room floor before they turned that movie into the more-or-less-a-comedy that it ended up. That kid probably had cancer by the end of the movie.
Eh - I never really noticed... I was too infatuated with JORDAN. I thought she was cute/hot (I have a thing for short dark hair/dark eyes). Oh Michelle Meyrink, whatever became of you?
