Have you tried running "sfc /scannow" from a command window (Start / Run / cmd)? That may replace svchost.exe.

But it sounds like your PC is infected with several viruses. I wouldn't trust anything on that PC to function correctly or be clean. I would do this:

1. Download a copy of Ultimate Boot CD and give yourself a boot disk. That will allow you to access and backup your files without running your corrupted Windows install.
2. Backup and clean anything critical. I have no idea what this "translation" is. Can you explain that a bit?
3. Format your hard drive completely and reinstall Windows. Do not connect Windows to the internet until you have installed Service Pack 2. Once SP2 is installed, run Windows update and install a good anti-virus. Restore your backed up files only if you are certain they are clean.

If you just need to save files off your pc somewhere, get a gmail account and email it to yourself (or some other free email with sufficiently large capacity).

No, it doesn't touch your hd. You need to 'boot' your computer into something other than windows so you can save your files to a floppy disk, a USB stick, or a server on the internet.

I have never heard of this particular boot CD, but I would recommend the knoppix liveCD to do the same thing, and it has a GUI too. If you don't have a usb stick, or the file won't fit on a floppy, you could open a browser in knoppix to get to gmail and send it to yourself.

You _really_ should just backup the translation and reinstall windows. And don't delete your system files this time.

That won't work. Your svchost is specific to your own computer. Just back it up and reinstall windows.

(And I hope you don't translate into English. )
