Real-Time Video Stitching

Does anybody know of a program that can real-time stitch video feeds from 2 cameras? I'd like to create a full 180 degree FOV video stream using 2 cameras that would overlap. Then I'd like to feed the combined stream to a distribution site like The Cube.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you for your response. I looked at the links you provided and found some interesting information.
I think though that I did not do a great job of describing my situation. I want to use 2 cameras simultaneously to capture a stage, with each camera filming about 100 degrees FOV. I would like to stitch the videos together to produce a panoramic-style video stream that I could then send as desired. So I don't necessarily want to concatenate, rather stitch together as they are being shot.

I've found one site that describes this process but it is using Raspberry Pi and it seems to be a very homemade solution. I'm looking for some software that could take the simultaneous streams and combine them in real-time. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I have zero experience in video merging - which seems to be what you want. You try googling video merging, especially livbe feed merging. You do have a challenging objective.
