Guess I'll be filing a complaint to Nvidia then. I don't care if they screwed up. They didn't even send a notice that they were revoking them.
If you get anywhere with that, let me know.

I downloaded and everything but I cannot find my activation code anywhere? I got the email that says the download and key code is ready. But I can't find a key anywhere?
Am I overlooking it? Or they purposely didn't include the key code because they messed up by giving away keys?
For those who's were cancelled via Steam, you can search your order numbers in the nvidia site. If you're lucky, it will take you to a download page. You can download and install, however I'm uncertain at this point if your key will work.
Mine are listed at $4.97. I'm not budging on price... they'll all sell theirs out eventually.
BTW: DR is cancelling orders that haven't been fulfilled now.
Edit: lol, ebay is down to $4.25
Just out of curiosity, what are you going to do when/if those people who bought from you come back and say it doesn't work anymore?

Man, I hope my code still works, I can't access steam from work (damn firewall). If it doesn't then I'll just dispute it on eBay. If I'm out $2.50, so be it...
Metro 2033 requires Steam in order to run. It won't work.
canna said:I got my key reactivated. It took 25ish minutes. Here's how.
I called Nvidia @ 866-540-1140 adn took option #5 at the automated prompt.
I demanded that they reactivate my key. They went into a spiel about it was a mistake. I requested to talk to a supervisor, and did.
I advised them that their Terms of Sale (https://store.nvidia.com/store/defa...tionsPage/eCommerceProvider.DR+globalTech+Inc.) did not provide for cancellation of orders due to pricing mistakes, once an order is complete and the product has been rendered, it is complete.
1.2
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE RETURNS POLICY.
2.5
Our acceptance of your order takes effect and the contract concluded at the point where such offer is expressly accepted by us dispatching your order/commencing Services
The order was completed and affirmed by Nvidia delivering the key, This was also reaffirmed by me playing the game in steam for a brief period.
I advised the supervisor that they entered in a legal contract with me by completing the purchase, and per term 1.2 of the sale, it is not legally cancelable as the transaction was fully completed.
After some argument, he agreed.
Get calling boys!
Well, someone on Hardforum beat the system but personally I think it's way more trouble than it's worth:
Refund them? Like I already have, whether they asked for it or not.
Your code won't work...they've all been deactivated lol. Why do you think yours would be different? Disputing it on eBay wont make a difference, you'll just need to get a refund from the seller.
Yup, my code doesn't work. Disputing it on eBay will make a difference, I expect they will make me whole if I don't get a refund.
Oh man, this got pretty ugly pretty fast. I ordered but did not get a code.
Glad I only threw 5 minutes down this rabbit hole.
