*Really DEAD* Metro 2033 - FREE (Steam activatable / Digital DL)

Well this is interesting... In my order history I have 5 "Order cancelled by system" and 4 of those have good serials in them. 3 orders have "Order Complete" and no serial number, but access to the download.

I am not seeing the serial. I got another email saying my order was ready and when I go to find my order all I see is the link to download the Metro2033_DownloadManager.exe.

Any help?

Thanks OP. Managed to get in before it went dead.

Till 10 minutes back I was getting this same message against the order
"Processing serial number or unlock code.
Electronic Download"

Then received an email saying "Your key code is now available for Metro 2033." at www.findmyorder.com.
Logged in and there is only a link to download "Metro2033_DownloadManager.exe" but no serial code.
I'm at work so can't download this yet.
How do you get a serial code for steam?

No help. You're not getting a serial from them if you haven't already gotten it. All of my orders are showing as cancelled now. Even the ones with serial numbers still listed in them.

If it's not on the email you originally got (the invoice), then wait. You should receive another email shortly (if you haven't already) that tells you to go to http://www.findmyorder.com, which will ask you for your order number (found on your invoice) and your password. Plug those in, and it should show you a receipt with the key on it.

If it still says "Processing..." then just wait an hour or two. They'll either send you an email saying your order is ready, or an email saying your order is cancelled.

I am just seeing a link for a download manager and no keys as stated above.

That's on their website? I don't see the "games" tab on their, I know that's how you do it on Steam itself though.

I'm not at home and am trying to enter the key into my account through my phone.

I think you have to do it through the steam fat client.

Fail...finding something lost != selling something you got for for free on a pricing error.

Fail shmail... and what's wrong with a homeless dude reselling the food you bought? Maybe he's good enough to get more money for it than it would cost him to purchase food he's more interested in. That's capitalism, deal with it.

I stuck a couch on my front lawn with a "Free" sign on it. Somebody swung by with a pickup truck grabbed it and sold it at a flea market for a reasonable price. Was I upset? no, he did me a favor by getting it out of my lawn and spent his own gas/time/money reselling it.
