REALLY Wired problem

i really need someone to give me some advice on this...

Whenever i IE(6.0) to browse the web, i will get fussy image with dots all over the picture ( like you sketch a picture) . However, we i download the image and open it with paint or adobe.. no problem at all. if i use netscape no problem at all.

first i thought the video card has problem... i went to store and buy a new video card ( PNY geforce4 MX420) change it... same problem happen again.. then i use a new hard drive install everything from the beginning... same thing happen..
i also update the bois for my mobo and all other dirve... same thing happen...

the only thing i didn't change is the mobo and memory
but my thinking is if the hardware has some problem... should it be all program? not just IE...

i really can't think all solution beside changing my computer..
but i don't have the money to change it now especially this is just the first year i had this computer. i am not sure when this problem occur but i really notice the problems when i change to LCD.. my inital thought was LCD has problem but now i change back to CRT monitor same thing happen....

What OS are you running? what color depth?

When you do a screen capture, does it capture the weird pics? if so can you post one? if not can you take a picture (camera) and post it?

window2000 1024 by 768 pixel 32 bit color
it doesn't capture weired pics.. instead you will see
just like you normally do with those little dots line
up across the picture ( light green and purple)

dunno if this is it, but go to tools, internet options, Advanced and change the setting you have on smart image dithering.

Dumb question - are you using AOL? That might be the problem right htere, as AOL uses server-side image color-reduction/dithering to reduce bandwidth requirements for their customer base.

Pm me if ya want some step by step things to try.

It may be your 3DP4500 drivers & how you installed them.

Those cards can be a bit finicky sometimes.
