Their "
20 Days" claim is ludicrous. They mailed two (2) weeks ago (according to their website) my last rebate which was filed online on 18 Sep 02 - I still haven't seen it. Out of
five (
5) rebates filed, only one was approved - all others were rejected as having been mailed past the postmark date, which is pure crap! The only rebate claim that wasn't rejected was the last rebate, which I sent delivery confirmation (I'm building a case against them).
The FujiFilm rebate center in Riverton New Jersey, is
worse than the New Roachhotel rebate fulfillment center (
TCA - New Rochelle, New York). Their telephone CSRs are rude, hang-up on you, and have blatantly lied to me in the past ("
yes sir, your rebate has been mailed...." - only to subsequently receive a rejection card). Their website has went-down for extended periods (just when a major rebate period is closing) so you cannot file online the rebate, which their rebate instructions state "
must be filed online (rebate item - Fuji Zip disks). When their telephone system places you on-hold, the lines
sounds as if it's gone dead (ie. you've been disconnected). Why is there not even any background music (or even static?), do they want you to think you've been disconnected so you hang-up????

I sent this rebate (with on-line form) in on 11-9-2002 and their website hasn't changed from new status yet. I was going to give it another week, but if you call, let me know what they say.

I believe I read in a past thread about the best way to submit the Fuji 80 min cd-r rebates. Specifically, mine are the 100 pack from BB. I'm thinking it was submitting to a website? As I recall, people received them alot faster than the normal 120 days to never, by doing it this way. Anyone know?
Thanks
