I finally emailed them about the 03-57312 rebate yesterday...got the same response as you did (above)...hopefully they can fix those "technical difficulties" soon

I received elegibility confirmation from Maxtor this morning for second $30 rebate.

I've sent in three copies of my $20 Viking rebate and still they "have no record of my submission." I honestly think they have a shredder installed between them and the mailbox. What is most frustrating is they don't take any information over the phone. You can call them fifty times and they don't keep any record of this. They are terrible. While many rebate companies have a way to get your rebate going over the phone, TCA only gives you the option of mailing the copies again and thereby spending 37 cents and sending your request into the black hole known as TCA.
Anyway, this was a Viking rebate, and I have complained to the NY Attorney General twice. I also complained to the California Attorney General.

I did get one email response that said rebate was valid and processing. 2 months or so after that I got the $$. I never actually talked to anyone, just like the problem you're having. I suggest emailing others at buslink. I emailed rebateinfo@buslink.com and some customer service address I found on their website. I would try to find the email of an actual person at buslink, too, if possible. I learned that I will never buy another Buslink product that has a rebate handled directly by buslink (Hagerstown, MD).
