Centon 256MB SODIMM from Circuit City
Got the Centon part of it about 2 weeks ago. Just received the CC part of the rebate.
Sent to Young America, MN.
Sent out on 4/17. Recieved 5/23.
5 weeks. Not too shabby. CC still one of the better rebates without hassles. Seems some of the once reliable rebate places (e.g. Staples a la PNY stuff) have gone down hill.

I got the deny rebate on 03/26. I called and they asked for the UPC code but I was at work and didn't have it on me, so the csr said, "since you are such a valuable customer I will validate your rebate request". After I hung up I checked the status again and sure enough it now said valid and it was being processed.

Bets Buy $50 Logitech rebate arrived today from Calais - in 30 days!

Gem rebate from Fry's(Panacer.com) finally arrived - $70. took over 3 months...

Rebates are rolling in right now (knock on wood).

Just got my Dell $100 system rebate on an Inspiron 600m. Ordered it on 4/08. Received on ~ 4/20. Rebate went out the day after and just got it today. About 4.5 weeks, much better than my last Dell rebate.

Yeah they seem to be pretty horrible... though I've received a rebate of $20 for 100pk Imation CDRs after processing online with them. Still waiting for E3works 50pk CDRs ($13) which was sent more than a month ago and their site still says documents haven't been received and Spin-X 50pk ($11) that was sent in 20days ago and still not received. All were bought from Officemax. "Process your rebate online to cut down the processing time up to 2 weeks!" my @$$... -_-
and whoever said that they help you follow through every step of the way.. well i donno about you but they don't even bother replying to my e-mails anymore about the rebate I sent in more than a month ago.. I even sent the emails with an attachment of the copy of all the required documents for rebate submission.

Anyone receive their IOgear rebates for the USB 2.0 PCI card yet?
I purchased it at Fry's for $10 - $10 MIR, and also got one of those
IOgear USB hubs for $9 - $9 MIR.

I sent both rebates in around the same time around April 5th. Both went
to the same address with a different title in Florida (Parago), I just received
the $9 USB hub one today, May 28, but no sign at all of the other one. Not
even an email comfirmation... Just wondering what the status of it is.

I remeber there was a big thread about this card, and the rebate was
good at many places, Fry's, CompUSA, Outpost, etc... Just wondering
if anyone has gotten it recently...

allisolm - For some reason, the Parago site doesn't work for me when I search with my name/zip... Probably because I've have over like 50+ rebates from them. I keep getting a "Please wait while we redirect you or click here to go to the appropriate page. " message when I enter my info. The only way I can track a rebate is when they email me with the tracking number of a specific rebate.

Guess I have to call them up to find out what's happening, just wondering if anyone else who got into that IOgear USB 2.0 PCI card deal has gotten anything back yet, it's only been about 7 weeks since I mailed it out, and rebate states 8-10 weeks. But usually, I get an email comfirmation about the rebate being received, and being processed, so I'm a bit worried.

You can email parago at rebates@parago.com if desired or use the form at http://rebateshq.com/clients/parago/rebates/email_us.jsp. On the other hand, Parago pretty much only has a couple of replies.

1) Rejected or
2) Valid and you should receive your rebate within 30 days.
and then
3) We know we are late paying your rebate, but we won't actually give you any real information about it except to say there was a "delay" and you will receive it "shortly."

For what it's worth I NEVER receive email confirmations (at a hotmail address) from anyone despite every form asking for my email address on every rebate form.

Do these numbers still work for getting an actual human at Parago? If so, maybe that's a possible route to take for info.

I used the same email method sophia provided above to ask about a rebate just yesterday and received a personal response within 3 hours. Response came from rebates@parago.com and directed me to use that address if I had any further needs. Was signed by Fred.

WHO do you complain to the company like Staples,OM,COMPUSA, OD when you have proof that it was postmarked on time or have the correct UPC symbol and you resubmit your claim and it does not show up on their site under name and still show rejected

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but contact numbers for most of the stores and rebate companies can be found on page one of this thread.

www.rebatestatus.com is the one processing these rebates. Mine has never shown up, and my mother's shows "processing" with a rebate award of "$0.00." If your rebate isn't showing up on your list, make sure to email them (they're notorious for putting in the wrong name/address) and resubmit if necessary. I got an email response back today from a CSR after submitting questions on Friday.

Interestingly enough, after I sent an email inquiry regarding my mother's rebate showing an award of "$0.00," I got an email back that said I hadn't provided enough information; yet, the rebate entry is now not showing up online at all!

I've faxed in the information...I'll let you know what happens. Anyone actually received their rebate for this item?

Officemax and Staples both have "rebate departments" that do a pretty good job...just call their 800# or go back to the store where you made the purchase and speak to the manager/assistant manager.

Dealing with CompUSA on rebates is like shooting yourself in the head.

Hey all,

I had the pleasure of getting my rebate check mutilated in the mail. Turnaround time was about 12 weeks and the rebate company was (for a Panasonic DVD player) http://www.checkmyrebate.com/Faq.asp.

They don't respond to customer requests despite promising one ASAP. I'd sent 5 emails through their cheesy browser messaging system as they don't have any email to respond to. They never responded until I sent a subtly worded message that hinted at legal action.

I was requesting a reissue of my mutilated check. They responded after my threat with the information I'd been waiting for. When I went to respond, the email was a dummy address with no way to respond.

Now that's customer service. It's like a customer service door that opens to a brick wall- you can hear their voices but can't get to them ;^)

Anyone get their rebate for the Verbatim 52x CD-Burner from Best Buy? I got the one from Best Buy but I'm still waiting for the rebate from Verbatim. They take forever.

Got 3 Maxell VHS tape rebates for $9 and Lexmark Z54SE $40 rebate. That makes 50 VHS tapes for $6 and a hi-res printer w/full black/color ink carts and USB cable for $20.
 

I submitted my FujiFilm 50-pk CD-R rebate ($10.00) from the OfficeMax ad in late April and it's still not showing up on EasierRebates - anyone else have this rebated paid yet?

If you have a copy of the REBATE FROM from the $160 MIR from a vpr Matrix 17" TFT Flat Panel from Best buy from 02/03/03 - 02/08/03 or right around that time, PLEASE send me a copy.

The company "NEVER GOT MY REBATE" and I need to re-submit it to them, but lost my copy.
