I've purchased Buslink CDRW on march and still have NOT received the rebate.. contacted them (email and phone but phone just directs to email..) and BBB but nothing has happened..

If you purchased the CD-R/W from Best Buy and IF you have copies of everything, call their rebate center at 800-849-0444 (work your way through the VRU). They will have you fax copies to them and will deal with it. The CSR I spoke to said I should have a check within 21 days.
I'm missing a $20 rebate from a purchase made 2-17-03. All of my other Bus-Link rebates had previously appeared (usually within 12 weeks), but they seem to have fallen off the edge of the Earth now.
