I got my Staples $140 rebate for the Peachtree accounting software. Since I used a $40 coupon also, I made about $35 bucks after sales tax...

Nope, according to wheresmyrebate.com mine been approved and the estimated check mail date was last week.

Vipervin2, I have never found any of the Dymo rebates on line before, they were always mail-in (fill out the physical forms)and they take several months to come (at least 3 mo for me). The Hi-tech is not a Staples rebate, again you need to fill out a rebate form.
Any body received CC Intel wireeless bundle $70 rebate yet?

For the samsung $15 CDR
i send mail to compusa's webmaster (the only email account on the compusa rebate tracking site) and they did response (if you send email to wheresmyrebate, they will only give you auto reply). Now my status changed from approved to Mailed and the date mail is yesterday (change from 11/12/01). Now, let see how long it will take it to arrive...

I had to go back to the store and pick up a form for the Hi-Tech CDRs. The form is basically a photocopy of what was probably the original form. It's on a close-to-notebook size sheet of paper. It took the clerk awhile to find it, but eventually he did....

I also got a copy of the Hi-Tech CDR rebate form from staples. They only had one original and gave everybody copies. There is no contact phone number on the form. I already sent out mine.

and local CompUSA agreed to pay me $50 cash for the Envision EN-910 rebate from 8/19 that the rebate company can't quite come up with and another $15 for the Pearson Pearl Harbor: Zero Hour software rebate from 8/4.

Now to replace all those sets of forms with the ones from Black Friday. Ah, the more thing change, the more they remain the same. Good luck rebatewise to you all!

Finally got my $40 rebate from Staples for the 12/10/32 Pacific Digital burner.

Also, I got my 4 $5 rebates from OfficeMax for four spindles of TY's.

The rebate situation hasn't been bad for me these past few days. Got nearly all of my CC rebates (sent early
September).

Most of my rebates are now current. I will have to return to the store where I bought the products for
those old (April/May) rebates that have not yet been paid. I will complain and anticipate them filling
the rebate for me. I will argue that i was "fraudulently induced" into buying the product through their
advertising.

I even got my $10.00 gas card today on a Kmart/Ray O Vac battery deal about three months ago.

Staples owes me $107.00 .... just sent them in on 11/23/01. We'll see how long it takes them to sent
my money.

did anyone buy the Altec lansing ACS48 IBM345 speakers from officemax before sept 30? It had a MIR of $30.00. Has anyone received a rebate? I dont see my name on the wheresmyrebate.com. I was told it will take 4-6 weeks for teh rebate its been 6 weeks since I mailed it I dont even see it online....

For those of you unfortunate enough to be waiting for KB Gear rebates, I saw the following in a recall notice (for their Cozy Coupe mouse) today:

I guess you won't be getting paid from them. Take it up with your local store, although since the rebates were generally not advertised by the stores you might have problems there. Good luck. I'm fortunate in that I submitted mine long enough ago that I got paid for all of them.

Anybody got their Digital Research 52X CD-ROM rebate yet? This is a deal about 3 months ago at BestBuy. It should be free after rebate. I heard about this company got stink reputation regarding rebates after I cut the Codebar off and mailed it out without making a copy! Now guess what! Surely I didn't get my rebate so I called them, first time they told me they can't find my rebate form but they might have it somewhere in the computer system, second time they said they don't have it and asked me for a copy of it.

Anybody went through these Bullshit?

Could anybody kindly post the rebate form and the UPC Codebar if you scaned it? By the way, are the Codebars identical for the same product?

I got mine a week or two ago. I was surprised to receive it because it didn't show as having been cut on their web site. I did not call about it as someone else reported here.
