i encourage all of u that have outstanding rebates from OD to write nasty e-mail to them too. they told me my rebates would be mail out in 11/9, but it has been 3 weeks all ready. here is another nasty e-mail i send to OD abt their rebates:

Hello Donna Tubis,
My name is XXX XXXX. I still have NOT recieved my rebates from the Express
Group. It has been three weeks all ready. Express Group really SUX in
processing rebates. Express Group is make a BAD reputation for OD. When OD puts out their
weeekly ads and are listing product prices after rebates, I am starting to get
the idea that OD makes their money on FALSE Advertising. Inducing customers
to buy your products with false advertising (Enlarging & Boldfacing Price
After Rebate) and wilfully knowing your customer will not get their rebates.
I am pretty sure their are many rebates overdue from other OD customers too.
Why can't corporate head qaurter at Office Depot just cut me my rebate
checks. Express Group keeps give me the run around all the @##(&^%%^#* time.
You can check the status of my rebates at Express Group and they are valid.
If OD does not mine keeping my rebate checks, I don't mine shopping at Staples,
becuase i do recieved my rebates within 6 weeks, not like OD. Six months and
counting!!!
