I and my older brother bought 2 GF3s from BestBuy during that Thanksgiving sale. He lives in a different state, and I used my mother's name rather than my own (she kept her maiden name) to further avoid potential problems. We even paid with cash at different registers. Yet, at wheresmyrebate.com , it says that the same receipt was used by more than one customer! That's simply not true, considering we bought at different times, with cash, and my receipt also had the 60gig hd on it, (his didn't). His rebate is already approved and he should be getting it in a week. And regardless, the rebates -are- from 2 different households. He's already married and living elsewhere, I don't see how I could not quality. Whenever I called them, they said "oh, yeah I don't know why it was held up, we'll get it out as soon as possible" and then it ends up the same way. Ideas? :disgust:
