1'm still waiting on the Staples $25 HI_TECH 100 ack CD-R rebate from 11/11/2001. The address was CD-R Rebate Program, PO Box 1009, Hackensack, NJ 07602-1009. Allow 10 weeks for eligible payments. So they are a week and a half past the 10 week time frame and no phone number, website or email.:disgust:

My surprise rebate today was $10 from Unical. These are the folks who sell the Northwestern Bell Phones at OfficeMax. I bought these on 6/24/01 and they twice denied my rebate claiming a bad receipt. Thanks to someone on this thread who posted an email address, I bitched to them, faxed them copies and eventually was told that they would review all rejected claims. Well some 2 months since that email, they finally sent me my check (1/31/02).

I got a letter from the best buy d-link rebate. There was a 30 d-link rebate and a 20 best buy rebate. Best buy said I could copy the upc label because they both asked for an original bar code. Then I just got a letter saying it was denied because it was a copy. I called and they said they would look into it. I had to tell best buy that someone there told me i coupld send in a copy of the bar code. (which they did)
Anyone else get this letter?

I already got the $20 check from Best-Buy for the D-link router.
The $30 rebate is due. I called this # 18002794784, and the
Agent said thatI should receive my check in 2 weeks.

All three mailed around 11/24.
-Digital Media 100 CDR's $29.99
-Some Surge Protector $14.99
-Maxell AA Batteries $9.99

Now only waiting for the $19.99 rebate for the Belkin USB hub from the same CC sale.
This still isnt listed on the website..
Anyone receive this rebate yet or at least see it on the website??

I am also waiting for the USB hub rebate from CC and also do not see it on their website. It appears as though I have a lot of rebates which should be showing up in the next couple of weeks ago them.

I managed to get MS to approve my rebate for Zoo Tycoon that they claimed I had not sent in the UPC for. They originally told me to mail it in again, but I didn't get to do so. Then when I was calling about something else I asked whether I couldn't just fax it instead (the first person had told me no). This rep told me I could, and gave me a fax #, her name, and her supervisor's name to put on the cover sheet. I sadly forgot to fax it over when I spoke to her on Monday, but I faxed it on Tuesday, and got a call yesterday (Thursday) morning telling me that they had approved it and to allow 1-2 weeks to receive the check.

I got the same letter. Prior to sending in the rebates I saw the discrepancy in the forms: both asking for the orginal bar code. I called BB's rebate center. Told me it was OK, gave me a case #. I sent rebate in the UPC copy and case ID. Sent the original UPC to d-link.

Still got the same stupid letter. Called them back. They said send copies of everything back in with rejection letter. Also gave me a another case ID which I included. Waiting on futher word. Still nothing on the d-link side of the rebate.

In both cases CSRs at BB were very nice pn the phone.

Anyone got resolution concerning the d-link router and network not counting as two different rebates I read about in earlier threads?

I got a $10 check from Individual Software for the typing program which was on sale free after rebate at CompUSA about a month or so ago. I am shocked that I got it so quickly since I was getting convinced that companies who handle their own rebates are doing so to get out of paying them (see the vibrating mouse from Amazon). They even sent a letter thanking me for buying the program. I'm going to send them a thank you note for sending the rebate so quickly -- companies that do things right deserve to be congratulated for it!

Oh I also got $19.99 from CC for that camera bag, but I thought that I bought more than one. I'll have to see if I only bought one the first time, and then 2 the next time they went on sale. Note: I went back and checked, and I am fairly sure I bought 2 originally. I am going to have to go ask them where my other check is.

Re: the Hi-Tech CDR rebate from Staples. Some people have reported in another thread that they have found this rebate at www.staplesrebates.com, even though it was not sent to them. You might look there (if the search function works for you; it doesn't for me).

Regarding the $20 memory rebate, I just noticed that RebatesHQ now shows "Fulfilling Reward" status accompanied by a check number... Looks like I won't have to call them on Monday like I intended...

TCA sucks.

Bought Netgear router and Fuji cd-r from Compusa in Aug. In early Dec still hadn't received the rebate,
so called them and they said it's just mailed out, then receive it in next week. However, just received the netgear check, so call again to ask about the Fuji rebate, they said they mailed it sometime ago, and it seems that they missed the apt no, so gave them the address, and received the check in next week.

So it seems that TCA only will process your rebate when you call to complain still waiting for the check after the promise time.

now fair warning to you guys/gals/?other? watching this Rebate Tracking Thread ....better archive to your local harddrive website what have you as it seems ( happened seemed like.... ) that as soon as I post in this thread it gets archived to subscription only.....lol... that PNY dealio $15 back must be what I got today thought it was for a stick of memory( got three PNY rebates out...Staples...sheez ) and as far as BB goes ...this past week got that $30 Philips 8x4x32 finally...still waiting on two more from Philips (Philips...bah ) but the big surprise rebate was the $20 on Staples luggage ...hehe.. 3pcs of fine nylon rolling stock for ...$20 and tax. Wonder when OD at WalledLake gonna give up my $30 on my 20GB 7200rpm 740x Maxtor....???

Ok remember those porftolios + color cds at staples? i bought two , one for me and one for my sis (different households, she lives in the city im in bklyn). Supposed to be $15 rebate and $10 rebate. Also bought 2 of the 110 packs at best buy friday after thanks giving. Also 15 rebate and 10 rebate. Last week my sister and I received a $15 rebate each, i think it was for the portfolio/color CDs. Did anyone get any of the other rebates yet? I sent mine in like the monday after that weekend..

I also sent them the monday after thanksgiving. I just checked the status of them. It's showing fulfulling reward. So I should recieve them sometime next week. Hope this helps

I was not aware of a second rebate on that item. I bought one, and as I recall the price was $14.94 and the rebate was $15.

yes $15 rebate I got are from those color PNY CDR with Protfolio. Its sell for $19.94 and has $15 rebate (i enter the price into the "Rebate! Rebate!" software), but many people buy it with others things and use a coupon, so virtually free.

Edit:
Only the $15 Hi-TECH CDR (no way to check) and the DYMO LabelPOINT 200 $58 (show up at staplesrebate.com, but still not yet fullfilled), the rest (even the PNY RAM are said to send out already, has to wait 10-15 days for it) I bought from 11/23 at staples are back. Still waiting for some from CC and Office Max.
