Finally received my 30.00 rebate from OD on the Maxtor 20 Gb 7200 RPM drive from October after phone calls expressing my extreme irritation. 17 weeks is way too long. Express Group from Walled Lake is as bad or worse than TCA Rebates from New Rochelle.

It seems that it is getting more and more difficult to get rebates. I have the following rebates still outstanding from Thanksgiving or before.

Best Buy After Thanksgiving Sale
1. VisionTek Geforce 3 Ti 2000 $50 approved and Estimated Mail date was February 24 2002, even that date was way over the 8 weeks
2. Kbyte 256 Memory $20
3. Kbyte 256 Memory $20

Other Late rebates
4. Staples Dazzle $40 Windows XP debut sale
5. Compusa/Pny 128 mb Pc 133 memory from Sept 2001 $20 New Rochelle database said it was approved and would be mailed Feb 5th.

I can not seem to get ahold of TCA Rebates from New Rochelle. There 800 line is always busy and I received an email back saying that their mailboxes are filled when I tried to email them a response. New Rochelle or the manufacture is clearly breaking the law, because the rebate listings in New Rochelle's data base are many times entered two months after I sent them. I will be very careful if the furture when purchasing products with rebates. Anyone receive the above rebates?

I just received my iomega rebate from fry's...but it's for $30 instead of $50. does any one know how to dispute this? whom should i contact. let me know how it goes for anyone out there.

expected on feb 24 but still haven't gotten it.
i am calling them tommorrow.
50 dollars is a little too much to forgive them.
it's been 4 months, that's outrageous.

I just got the $50 rebate today from the TDK 24x burner deal from Circuit City mid-January. I am still waiting on the $20 rebate on it. Sent both of them 2-3 days before the postmark deadline.

I received the $50 from the CompUSA QPS 24x rebate from September! Six months after submission. But it finally came! Check your mailboxes!!!!

This currently is my all time record for fastest rebate. Purchased 2/10, mailed 2/11, and received 2/28.
I say 17 days is pretty darn good and I give BestBuy three smiles and a big old grin for this rebate.

WTH!! I am still waiting on this rebate from November. It was escalated because they confused it with the D-Link ethernet card and thought I sent in two. Still haven't got a check or a denial letter.

I got yesterday the rebates for the imation 5x20 pack at CompUSA in December.... one check is $20, one is $40.

Not that bad (aprox 12) considering it comes from New Rochelle, NY.

Now I just need to wait for the nefastus expressgroup and the Maxtor 40 GB, 7220 RPM from OD. :|

This still isnt up at the CC rebate website for me. I called two months ago, and they said it would take 4-6 weeks more processing, but it still hasnt shown up on the website for me.

Im gonna call them again soon--anybody got a number?

My understanding is that Viking rebates typically take about 6 months to be settled. That's why I have never done one. :Q I think you've got about another 2 months to go, if you're lucky.

Mine was supposedly never received so I re-submitted. The check was scheduled for 2/15. Called last week - new date is 3/18. That'll be 6 months after the first postmark!! Not the longest I've waited for a PNY-related rebate, but still...

Nope, not yet. On 2/15, he told me I'd receive it in 3 weeks. Time to call again. The holdup has to be Belkin! At least I am only waiting on $20, not $40 (for 2).

This is my only outstanding CC rebate of the 7 due me, and it was mailed first! Those other 6 show up online, so something's up...
