I could go for the MBA, my grades are good enough for that. Unfortunately, MBA is useless being that i am already a business major.

Honestly, I don't believe there is "no work is available." What you mean to say is, "no work is available" that I am willing to do. There are plenty of entry level positions that will higher you; of course, you won't be making much more than 30k a year. But hey, 30k and benefits is somewhere to be WHILE you look for something in your field.

I was supposed to get out in Dec with a BS in Finance but I missed a class so im back there for 1 more semester for 1 more class. Im picking up my minor in applied math while im at it (I need 2 more classes).
I have worked at a plumbing company since I was 16 and when I have worked up to VP. So when I graduate this spring I will be a VP at a growing plumbing company and probably take over as the CFO for the company.
There is work out there you just have to be very good at what you do and look for solid (aka little leverage and recession insulated) companies. Just because you can find an NPV of a project using Excel wont make anyone want to hire you.

real estate classes? why?
If I were in your shoes, I'd ask myself how bad I needed money. If I needed money, I would find any work I could. If I had someone supporting me, I would consider graduate school. Get an MBA.
Continue your college education, so that by the time this passes, your resume will look nice.

Deadline for applying to law school is march 1, not sure when is the last LSAT class is offered. I guess i could study for test now and take in may(was told best time to do it) and then apply for 2010 year. So that is good 2 years way, looking at what i should do in the mean time.

You could check the LSAT website and see that you still have time, but considering you aren't willing to do that I'd say you should probably wait until 2010 to go to law school.

Being a VP for your plumbing company is the equivalent of being assistant manager at a gas station.

I just finished so the answer is nothing really(only really have the skills that we were thought in school) and I have no work experience in this field. As for what I would like to do would be corporal finance. What i am willing to do is anything in finance, hell i willing to do anything if i can get a job.

corporate finance?
If thats what youre looking at you probably wont find it on Monster or anything like that. I would write a letter to the HR departments of some local companies (keep it around a page) and tell them that youre looking and ask for an interview. Do you have a decent GPA and whatnot?
