So you had a fantastic chair, but sold it?
I wish I knew what better chairs there were.

i alternate between the Liberty (as above) and the Mirra. like the Liberty's back, but prefer the open-mesh of the Mirra's bottom (less sweaty for the butt!)
i think office chairs are among the biggest scams in the world. no way a chair of decent comfort should cost 700$+

I used to know the alternatives, but it's been several years since I even bothered to look for a chair. I sold my Herman Miller because it did not fit me properly and caused my back to hurt.

Haha, you sold a chair in the $700 price range, and now you're asking for a replacement, and get all freaked out by $700 price tags? Are you sure the chair you sold was a Herman Miller chair?

How did it not fit you? Which size did you own and what is your weight and height?

Just because it cost $700 does not mean that it's good.

Notice that I was talking only about he price of the chair and not the quality. If you could afford to drop $700 on the Herman Miller chair, and then you sold it, how come $700 is too expensive now? You should have gotten most of that back when you sold it, right?

You still didn't answer the question about which size Aeron did you have? If you don't get the right sized chair for your ass, of course it won't feel comfortable.
