Recommend an Enterprise Online Backup service

Hey all,

What are people using out there at their businesses for online backup solutions? I am looking for an online backup service--it must meet the following requirements:

-- Must have Exchange and SQL backup agents to backup these databases directly.
-- Must have granular restore ability: eg. I need to be able to restore a single Exchange message or mailbox without restoring the entire Information Store.

Are there any good products/services out there that do this? What are y'all using?
