Recommend an office chair that won't break

I bought this chair from Office Max and after a few months of use the back broke. :Q

I tried to get the store to replace it but they would'nt budge. Anyway I need a new chair something that can support a 250 pound guy with ease even after hours of high intensity sitting.

any suggestions

It's almost the same as normal sitting but done in a Max Power style.

I made a thread long time ago about a chair.

Its a real thread. I have the cloth one and have had it for quite soem time now with no complaints. I cant do much then sit and the chair has held up great for over 10+ hours of sitting in it 7 days a week. Unfortunatly the cloth one is not for sale any more but the other two are and for the money I couldnt find any other with as wide of a seat, thickness of the coushion, and high back for cheaper. YES you can find cheaper but try to find one with a 25" seat for close to this price that is able to hold up 400lbs

Man so many of those chairs assume you're a fatass. I don't need a wide chair, I just want one that's built solidly.

I'm 6'2, 225 lbs & I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a chair to support me + my girlfriend if I want.

I wide chair makes having your girlfrind on the chair with you more compfortable when she can sit on your lap facing you with her legs through the arms of the chair if you know what I mean
Kinda hard to get that position when your butt and legs are taking up the whole chair when it is skinny. Plus because it is for a fat butt it can hold up to the added stress of....um.....er.....going around in circles really fast so you can get dizzy .

thanks for the suggestion, I'm gonna keep looking though til I find a mesh chair with those dimensions

Another vote for an Aeron. Buy it from an authorized dealer and not eBay and it will be replaced if it breaks.
