What case fans would you recommend for a CM Stacker, I would like to replace the original 120mm in the rear (something with better exhaust).

Also what would you recommend If I was to add 2 80mm in the bottom open PSU area?

Thanks

If I replace the case fans do they need to be exact size as the originals 120 x 120 x 25 mm, Or can they vary as in the 25mm part, Obviously they still need to be 120mm x 120mm

i would guess that wouldn't matter as long as there is no interference with anything else, if they are wider.

looking for movemant mainly...I have the optional motherboard cross flow fan installed which isnt the quietest anyways so it doesnt matter, just looking to improve the flow to get the air out.

Why would you get a rip off SilenX?

A Panaflo will probably be good. the Panaflo(L) 120mm already spins at like 1700RPM whcih is plenty of air. the M is 2100RPM and H is 2500RPM(this might make you deaf though)

There is also the U1A which spins at 2750. I'm getting this fan shortly. I have a Sunon 120x120x25mm which spins at 3100RPM for an intake fan

I rather like these fans, but there are a few exceptions.
I used them because I needed 25mm thick fans for my Antec SLK3700AMB cases. These didn't quite work with the plastic clips in the cases, which I was intending to remove anyway, because they rattle too much.
These fans also don't have standard holes on both sides - you can't have grilles on both sides of the fan, unless you use some kind of machine screw - I use 6/32 machine screws with matching nuts.

The end result, however, is a fan with acceptable noise levels and very good airflow. The only noise I can hear from it is the rushing of air - no motor noise. Put it with a fanbus, and you can tune the noise to almost nothing if you want to - and if your case temps can stand the reduction in convection.

At any rate, I definitely like these fans. I've also used some of Evercool's regular plastic fans, and they've been good to me too.

These medium speed Yate Loons are nice, as well. Move about 70cfm at full throttle, quiet bearing, and with a controller can be basically silenced. Cheap, too. No rpm sensing, though.
