Recommend me a stable motherboard

Initially I thought of getting the Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD, but after reading alot of reviews and user opinions (Review) I saw that's not a stable mobo, with multiple issues; I decided that's not the motherboard I want in my new rig. So now I'm on a quest for a very stable motherboard capable of a moderate overclocking. There are 2 reason I'm looking for a moderate OC: 1. price, 2. I'm not realy a hardcore overclocker.
Also, I thought of getting the OCZ 2Gb kit DDR2 667 (Review) since the price is a concern and a faster RAM would be an overkill - correct me if I'm wrong.

That ATI chipset looks brand new....recommend staying away from cutting edge like that, unless you want to be an unpaid beta tester...Intel and nVidia both have rock solid socket 775 chipsets out.

Recommend you scan through the motherboards listed, eliminate the ones you do not want right away (because of brand name, chipset, features, etc), tehn read user reviews, eliminate some more based on reviews that seem to be written by those not on glue; you should be able to drill down and find a board that will work for you.

Generally, Intel boards are not greatly overclockable.

NXIL, I will not go with that ABIT board. I think GIGABYTE 965P DS3 or 4 will do just fine.
